Pricing and Session Breakdown
Free 20-Minute Orientation Call
I offer a free 20 minute orientation call if you have never worked with me before.
If after this call you decide to start parent coaching, we will schedule one session or a series of consultations.
Booking and Payment
Once one or several session times have been booked, you will receive an invoice with the fee (£40 per session) and bank details.
Payment is made by bank transfer at least 48 hours (2 days) before the session.
Live Session
After payment, you will receive a Teams link by email with the meeting time and a direct link to the online session. It’s a good idea to check the link in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day.
There’s nothing you need to bring to the session other than yourself. Many parents and carers find it helpful to jot down a few thoughts or concerns beforehand, just in case anything slips their mind.
During the session, I’ll take brief notes to capture key points, emerging solutions, and useful ideas from our conversation. If I share any additional resources (such as links or attachments), these will be included.
After the session, I’ll email you a copy of the notes so you can revisit them in your own time.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. Following the session, an additional 15 minutes is spent writing up notes and gathering any research or resources relevant to the outcomes of our conversation. If any follow-up work is likely to require a significant amount of extra time, this will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule a session free of charge if you give at least 48 hours (2 days) notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged.
I understand that unexpected life events can arise and should take priority. If you’re having difficulty attending a session, please feel free to get in touch so we can talk through alternative arrangements.
Your session is booked for a specific time and reserved just for you. If you arrive late, the session will still need to conclude at the scheduled time.
Education Settings
Working as a consultant with education settings is slightly different, although the rate remains the same.
Please use the contact form (hyperlink) to outline your requirements, and we can agree on a tailored package price to suit your needs.
